Duration: 5 days, 4 nights
ITINERARY
DAY 1
DESTINATION: Sossusvlei
Programme: Meet your pilot at Windhoek (Eros airport) and set out on your scenic flight along the Naukluft mountains to Sesriem. On arrival you transfer to Sossusvlei Lodge and spend the rest of the morning at leisure before you enjoy a light lunch. In the afternoon, relax at the Lodge and take a refreshing splash in the swimming pool. A variety of excursions are offered from the lodge; you can explore Sesriem Canyon followed by a visit to Elim Dune and/or join a sundowner tour to Bushman hills (note that such activities would be for your own account).

DAY 2
DESTINATION: Sossusvlei
Programme: Early departure with the Lodge shuttle to the towering dunes of Sossusvlei. Marvel at the spectacular scenery and climb the highest dunes in the world before returning to the Lodge. Enjoy lunch and a break at the pool before having a siesta. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure before joining other guests for sundowner and dinner.

DAY 3
DESTINATION: Sossusvlei/NamibRand Nature Reserve
Programme: After breakfast at leisure board a scenic transfer to the NamibRand Nature Reserve.
Arrive at Wolwedans Dunes Lodge in the late afternoon and book into your beautiful chalet with its own private verandah and a breathtaking view of the dunes, plains and distant mountains. Freshen up and join everyone for sundowners on the deck before you enjoy a three -course candlelight dinner under a blanket of stars.

DAY 4
DESTINATION: NamibRand Nature Reserve
Programme: Absorb the unique NamibRand Nature Reserve landscape during a morning and afternoon excursion by Landrover through the dunes, endless grassy plains and along mystical mountain formations. You could encounter large and small desert animals, learn about their unique habits and explore the ancient hunting spots of the Bushmen.
Revel in the incredible landscape around you and Wolwedans' commitment to care for guest and nature alike. Here in this land of stretching blue skies, endless plains and countless creatures enacting natures savagely exciting passion play, you will find beauty feeding your soul, tranquillity to clear your mind and space for your imagination to fly.
Optionally (depending on tours and season), you could join a day-safari with picnic lunch en-route, arriving back at the Lodge for sundowners and dinner.

DAY 5
DESTINATION: NamibRand Nature Reserve/Windhoek
Programme: Awake in the pristine desert dawn and soak in the atmosphere and landscape from your bed whilst enjoying early morning tea. After breakfast at leisure you are transferred to the airstrip to bid Wolwedans farewell and commence your return flight to Windhoek (Eros) where you will arrive at noon (12h00).

SERVICE: Included: Air taxi from Windhoek/Eros to Kulala Desert Lodge and from Wolwedans to back to Windhoek, accommodation and full board at Wolwedans and Kulala, transfers to/from airfields, Sossusvlei excursion, road transfer from Kulala to Wolwedans, afternoon activity at Kulala, scenic nature drives on the NamibRand Nature Reserve, emergency evacuation cover, taxes and park fees.
Excluded: Canned and bottled beverages (bar), personal items and airport tax.
N.B. 1: DuneHoppers can also commence and/or end at Swakopmund with altered departure and arrival times.
N.B. 2: DuneHoppers are not based on exclusive charter and there might be other passengers travelling as well. The same accounts for scheduled inter-lodge road transfers.
N.B. 3: Exclusive charters can be booked on request (at additional cost) and departure times would be flexible.
N.B. 4: Flights can be, but are not guaranteed to be direct from Eros/Swakop to your final destination. Stop-over's en-route (to pick up other DuneHopper passengers) at other airfields in the area can occur, however maximum travelling time from A to B will be less than 2 hours in total.
